ABOUT US Brian Kadison founded Kadison & Company in 1998 to provide a variety of business advisory and management consulting services. Mr. Kadison has extensive experience in management, operations, process and information technology. Industry focus includes financial services, hospitality, gaming, and real estate. Mr. Kadison's career includes over 15 years with Arthur Andersen where he became the Partner in Charge of the Business Consulting Division (BC) in the southwest region of the Firm. BC provides innovative operational, organizational, and technology solutions to satisfy client requirements. He was responsible for all facets of this 150 person systems and operational consulting practice throughout Nevada, Southern California, Hawaii, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. In addition he was the BC Firmwide Director of the Real Estate, Entertainment, Hospitality, and Gaming Industries and was responsible for coordinating BC services to industry clients throughout the world. Clients included MGM Grand, Promus, Hughes Communications, Direct TV, Grupo Rizzoli, and the Resolution Trust Corporation. Mr. Kadison left Arthur Andersen in 1995 to become Managing Director at Trust Company of the West, one of the largest privately held asset and money managers in the United States. Mr. Kadison assumed worldwide responsibility for all client accounting, operations, information systems, and fund reporting. He had significant involvement in strategic planning, merger and acquisition, product development and introduction, and was responsible for the day to day direction of approximately 200 persons. Mr. Kadison was also involved with Transcontinental Corporation, a large private holding company, specializing in the financing, development, marketing, and operations of diversified real estate. The Company conducts all of its business in partnerships and subsidiary corporations with the Bass Family of Fort Worth, Texas. Major holdings and developments include Lake Las Vegas, Nevada, Waikoloa, Hawaii, McCormick Ranch, Arizona, and Lake Arrowhead, California. Mr. Kadison received his Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
